甜菜汁仅需两周即可降低老年人血压

饮用富含硝酸盐的甜菜根汁不仅可能有益心脏健康——它实际上还能重塑口腔内的细菌,从而有助于降低老年人的血压。在同类规模最大的一项研究中,研究人员发现,每日两次饮用浓缩甜菜根汁并持续两周的老年人,其血压出现了明显下降,而年轻人则未出现此现象。
